Berangere Carcano is a fully qualified Sophrologist and offers her  knowledge and skills to people from a very young age. She can help you manage different types of problems like stress, anxiety, sleep disorder or burn-out.
In addition, she can also assist you in personal self-development, during pregnancy & post

birth, as well as preparing yourself for important events such as exams or competitions.

Sophrology was created in the 60s, by neuropsychiatrist ​Alfonso Caycedo​. Sophrology is inspired by several techniques such as ​hypnosis​, eastern techniques like yoga or zen. A real blend of western and eastern techniques, Caycedo succeeded in creating a unique method using a combination of clear and precise exercises.

These exercises focus on breathing techniques, muscle relaxation and mental imagery (also called visualisation).

Sophrology encourages you to reinforce positive values and principles in your daily routine, your personal life as well as in your professional life. It also helps develop your abilities to actively manage your emotions and stress levels and to have better resilience.
